    Penalties are capped in service credits applied to the following month's invoice. Credits are auto-calculated against the contracted uptime tier.

  • What is excluded from Shield?

    Net-new product development is out of scope and belongs to a Care plan. Shield covers monitoring, patching, incident response and backups.

  • How does on-call work?

    Shield Pro and Enterprise include defined escalation windows (8h and 2h respectively) with a documented runbook and post-mortem reports.

  • Where does my data live?

    Inside SessDev-controlled boundaries with least-privilege access; backup snapshots are encrypted off-site per Local Sovereign policy.

  • Can I exit or downgrade?

    Monthly retainers can be downgraded or paused with 30-day notice. Artifacts and schemas are produced in standards-friendly formats so handoff is practical.
