01Who we are
SessDev is a B2B shadow engineering provider. We work exclusively with agencies, studios, and freelance operators. We do not sell to end consumers and do not market to the public.
02Data we collect
From the partner intake form: agency name, website, contact name and role, business email, project brief, budget range, timeline, optional Figma URLs and file metadata. From requests: IP address, user agent, and timestamp for anti-abuse purposes.
03Why we collect it
To evaluate partnership requests, scope engagements, deliver work, invoice, and comply with our legal obligations. We never share submissions with third parties except subprocessors strictly required to operate (hosting, email delivery, payments).
04How long we keep it
Active engagements: for the duration of the contract plus 7 years for tax records. Declined intakes: 90 days, then deleted. You can request earlier deletion of declined intake data at any time.
05Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, and portability of your data on written request. Where GDPR applies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
